What data we process

The data you give us in the booking form: name, phone, email, the make, model and registration of your bike, what it needs and your preferred date. Also anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What we use it for

To handle your booking request, contact you about it and, if you ask us to do the work, to provide the service. We do not build profiles or send you advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box and send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are handling your booking. If you become a customer, for the periods required by law, for example for tax purposes. Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within TODO: confirm period, for example 12 months.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with anyone. These providers process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and Turnstile spam check), Resend (delivery of the form email) and Google (the workshop’s mailbox). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you message us on WhatsApp or follow us on Instagram, Meta processes your data under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or ported by writing to 19racingmotorsport@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
